Complete with 50 feet of line that has a spliced eye for the food bag carabiner, spliced in line rock sack with micro cord lock and a mini carabiner that will hold over 90 pounds of load but weighs under 3 grams. "I recently purchased your bear bag throw line and wanted to let you know how I felt about it after a week long trip in bear country.
As a disabled hiker with severe spine injuries, weight is extremely important to me! This guy weighs almost nothing. It never once tangled or birdcaged. The quality of the line stood up to several ups and downs everyday for a week straight without any fraying at all with a load of at least 10 pounds slung over Oak, Cedar, and Pine branches. I made almost every throw the first time, this line is so easy to handle I've never used anything like it before, I didn't have to wind it very carefully before my throw, and it never hung up, snagged, or tangled. There is no woodcraft that can justify not carrying this valuable piece of gear.
