Have you ever worried about rubbing your spreader bars against your tarp or Spindrift sock? The Buckle Bumpers will cushion the tips of your spreader bars so they won't rub adversely on your other gear. Simply slide them into place with the open whole on the bar side and heat with a Bic lighter for 5-10 seconds each until they grip into place. The Buckle Bumpers are especially helpful when using trekking poles for your spreaders as they often have rough tips that could grab and dig into your tarp.
