This pad won't weigh you down but will keep your feet comfortable in temps into the mid 20's for the 3 season and single digits for the 4 season. Rolled up to the size of a notebook and weighing only 1 ounce to 1.5 ounces. Shaped with rounded corners and a slight taper for extra width where your feet need it and your legs don't. The Foot pads measures in at 21" long, 12.5" at the narrow end and 15" at the wider end.
